Gemma is the driving force behind our company’s vision. As the founder of MyHoliday2, she brings over 20 years of travel experience, guiding the team with a clear sense of purpose and passion. Gemma founded MyHoliday2 in 2016 and the company has grown from strength to strength, winning the “Best Travel Agent” at the Small Business Awards in 2023.
Ann is the backbone of our customer service operations. She oversees day-to-day activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With her extensive background in customer service, Ann is passionate about providing a seamless experience for our customers and leads our customer service team with 24 years experience.
Denie is our logistical genius who ensures each and every departure is checked off and ready to go without a hitch. Denie leads the res department with her keen eye for detail and is responsible for the seamless integration with our booking systems and local operators.
Cheryl is MyHoliday2’s longest standing employee with 5 years of commitment in her role as a customer service guru. Cheryl knows each package and destination like the back of her hand and loves chatting with our customers and planning their dream holidays.
Andrew is our go-to expert when it comes to building exceptional travel packages. Travelling to over 30 countries, Andrew has the passion and knowledge to put together bucket list itineraries, ensuring our customers have the best experience on their holiday.
John takes the gong for the longest career in the travel industry. With 5 decades in the industry, John provides a wealth of experience and expertise for all things flights and airline related. He is MyHoliday2’s primary ticketing agent and with his extensive background in flight ticketing, John is known for his keen attention to detail and his ability to solve complex problems.

MyHoliday2 is a family run business based in sunny Townsville, North Queensland. We have a small team of travel experts who are super passionate about all things travel and making sure our loyal customers have the best experience; from the first phone call, to when they return to home soil.

Favourite Destination: Borneo. I have a slight obsession with Orangutans, so naturally Borneo is my top destination to visit. The wildlife is truly phenomenal and they have some of the best scuba diving in the world! Plus the people are super friendly and welcoming.
Bucket List Destination: Antarctica. Doing an expedition around Antarctica and meeting King Penguins is at the top of my list.

Favourite Destination: Antarctica. I have been very lucky and visited some amazing places around the world, but the calmness and serenity of Antarctica was just surreal. From the wildlife, to learning about the first explorers (with their limited resources), it is an experience I will always remember.
Bucket List Destination: Inside Passage / Alaska. After serving 15 years in the Navy, I still love being on the water and scenic cruising is my ideal holiday.

Favourite Destination: Swimming with humpback whales in Tonga, such a surreal experience, watching males put on a spectacular show and beautiful calves with their mums. Surrounded by nature at it’s finest during the day and enjoying delicious seafood dinners and icy cold beers of a night. Would go again in a heartbeat!
Bucket List Destination: Beaches, beaches and more beaches! It’s a hard decision but at the top of the list currently is the Maldives in an overwater bungalow. Snorkelling, swimming and self care 24/7!

Favourite Destination: Philippines – It is home for me! But also because of the beautiful beaches and island, colourful culture, vibrant cuisines ,friendly and welcoming locals!
Bucket List Destination: Japan – I want to experience and learn more about their history, culture and people, see the cherry blossoms! try their cuisines and simply embrace what Japan has to offer!

Favourite Destination: My Favourite destinations are Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. I love the culture, the people, their cuisine, history and the fact that they are affordable destinations.
Bucket List: I would love to visit Borneo to see the orangutans, I have not got there yet!

Favourite Destination: The Philippines. With the tourist slogan “It’s More Fun in the Philippines,” you will find every form of travel adventure in this country!It has world-renowned islands, lovely cities, high mountains, scrumptious cuisine, vibrant festivals, and friendly locals.
Bucket List Destination: Norway. I want to watch the Northern Lights dance across the night sky on a bonfire night. It will be a humbling and spiritually uplifting experience for me.

Favourite Destination: My favourite country is my home country of Malaysian Borneo. It has everything – the wildlife, jungle and beach!
Bucket List Destination: On the top of my bucket list is Switzerland. It looks so beautiful with the mountains and snow I would love to visit there. I have never seen snow!
